We are a non profit, 501c3  organization with a mission to inspire, empower and enrich the lives of young women through mentorship, education and sisterhood. In other words, we Empower Queens!

We work with High School students in the New York City Tri-state area as well as young girls starting at age 7 for our Mini Jewels program. Inspire


  • Provide High School seniors with their dream prom, college assistance and scholarships.
  • Bond through mentorship, community outreach and giving back.
  • Holistic Approach – Provide programs that will cater to the mind, body and soul of the Queens we serve.

Empower


  • We offer memberships and give small business owners an opportunity to showcase their business.
  • We offer programs for future Crowned Jewels, also known as Mini Jewels, to prepare them prior to entering our program.
  • We host networking opportunities for High School students to mix and mingle with successful women. This also provides an opportunity for small business owners to network amongst themselves as well.

Motivate


  • Provide tutoring, college readiness workshops, college application assistance, back to school drives, college tours, etc.
  • ​Host forums, programs and workshops.
  • Provide mentorship programs where High School students are paired up with Queens who will provide guidance, support and most importantly that shoulder to lean on.
